Anker blocks are made of quartz sand, linseed oil, natural coloring, and calcium carbonate (chalk material). No separate chemical binders were used. This special stone block manufacturing method was developed by two brothers in Reelenthal, Germany in 1880, and it has become a long-established company that has been loved and grown steadily since then.
